Terms of Service

Thank you for using MD Picker (hereinafter "Service"). These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and the Service.

1. Purpose and Nature of the Service

This Service is a Chrome Extension that refines the content of web pages visited by users (e.g. Naver Cafe posts, news, blogs) into Markdown format and copies it to the user's clipboard. The Service also includes Google account login and paid plan (Pro Monthly, Lifetime) subscription features.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users must comply with the following when using the Service:

• Users must use content extracted through this Service within a range that does not violate copyright laws and other relevant regulations.
• The Service must not be used to infringe on the intellectual property rights (such as post copyright) of others.
• Automated bots or abnormal methods to abuse the Service and overload the servers of target websites are prohibited.

3. Disclaimer

The Service is not responsible for the following in connection with its use:

• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or integrity of the content extracted through the Service, and users are responsible for any issues arising from its utilization.
• Due to structure changes, policy modifications, or service blocks by target websites (e.g., Naver), some or all features of the Service may not function normally, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages.
• We are not liable if service usage is restricted due to user device issues, network communication problems, etc.

4. Changes and Termination of Service

We may modify, suspend, or terminate some or all of the Service without prior notice due to operational or technical needs. However, for users of paid plans (Pro, Lifetime) involving payments, a separate announcement regarding a reasonable compensation policy (such as refund) will be made in the event of service termination.

5. Payment and Refund

The following rules apply when paying for a paid plan (Pro Monthly, Lifetime) in the Service:

• Users can request an unconditional full refund within 7 days of payment.
• After 7 days, refunds are generally not possible for monthly/lifetime charges already paid, unless otherwise specified by relevant laws.
• When you cancel a Pro Monthly subscription, you can continue using the Service until the end of your current billing period, after which automatic renewal will stop.

6. Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms as necessary to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. In case of important changes, we will notify you in advance via website notices or email.
